Kaali Malika Masoor Dal
I always add milk in this dal to get a good colour💕💕
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boil dal with water, salt milk and turmeric powder.
Bring to boil, after boiling let it cook on low flame for about 1/2-- 1 hour. Then switch off the gas.
* Step 2
Heat oil/ghee in a pan. Add hing, cumin seeds.whole red cillies
Add chopped ginger, garlic and grated onions. Cook till they become pink in colour.
* Step 3
Now add chopped green chilies. Mix well.
Add red chili powder, amchoor, garam masala, coriander powder. Mix well and cook till mixture separates from oil.
* Step 4
Now add boiled dal in it.
Garnish the dal with chopped coriander leaves.
Serve hot with Rice/Chapati.
