Beef Nihari with Homemade Masala

This whole dish is so melt-in-the-mouth and finger-licking good that we don't need any side dish or accompaniment to the meal.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Put ½ cup oil in a pot. Add meat and fry it a little. Add salt, chili powder, turmeric (Haldi) powder, coriander seeds (Dhaniya) powder and ginger garlic(Adrak lehsun) paste. Add a little water and mix well.

* Step 2

Grind all the special Nihari spices, put the grounded mixture of spices into the meat.

* Step 3

Add 5-6 glasses of water cover and leave to tenderize on very low flame.

* Step 4

When meat has softened, Roost atta and blend it with 1 cup water. Add atta mixture into the meat Cook for another 15 mins for desired consistency of curry.

* Step 5

Note:::If you want more oil and more spicy you can add baghar before serving Just heat oil add some red chilli powder crushed ginger and little bit nihari masala and pour it into nihari۔

* Step 6

۔ Garnish with green chillies coriander lemon and ginger julians and serve hot with nan ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
