Spinach & Chickpea Flour Chilla

#OIN #Week5 #Spinach An easy, simple, and healthy weight loss breakfast meal recipe made with spinach leaves, chickpea flour, and a blend of spices. It is basically an extension of the traditional and popular besan cheela with added spinach puree. It can be an ideal morning breakfast meal and does not require any particular side dish, but can be a good combo meal with tomato ketchup or green chutney.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

👉Wash spinach leaves thoroughly in running water. Boil water in a pan. Add spinach leaves and switch off the flame. Cover the pan for 2 minutes. Now discard water and put spinach leaves in a colander to remove excess water. When cool grind it in a mixer with a piece of ginger.

👉Add chickpea flour in a mixing bowl. Mix all the masala ingredients and spinach Puree. Add Little water in it and make a batter of pouring consistency.

Wash peel and chop onion, tomato, coriander leaves and paneer

👉Heat a griddle and brush with a little cooking Oil and pour a ladle full of mixture and spread with the help of ladle. Sprinkle chopped onion, tomato, coriander leaves and paneer and roast it on low flame till it turn golden

* Step 5

👉Flip the side and cook from other side also.

👉Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
