Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take leftover bread squares. Shape is given in the pic below.
* Step 2
Now add gram flour and all dry masale ingredients in a mixing bowl. Make a batter of flowing consistency by adding water slowly. Add all chopped vegetables and paneer in gram flour batter.
* Step 3
Mix all ingredients well.
* Step 4
Heat a non stick griddle. Apply a little cooking oil on it. Place 1 square bread edge over it. Add 2 tb sp batter in the middle hollow portion and spread it between the centre nicely and neatly. Cook on medium heat for 1 minute.
* Step 5
Flip the side and Apply cooking oil on the griddle again. Now shallow fry from the other side also. Flip again and cook for 1 minute. Likewise make all the 4 bread chilla.
* Step 6
Serve hot with Ginger tea and tomato ketchup.
