Crispy semolina rolls, or kebabs, are a delicious, nutritious and healthy vegetarian tea time snack. It increases digestion and increase feeling of fullness between meals. It's also high in B vitamins like thiamine and folate, which have many important roles in your body, including helping convert food into energy.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Peel wash and Chop onion and green chili and grate ginger and garlic. Chop coriander leaves.
* Step 2
In a mixing bowl add semolina and mix all masala ingredients. Add chopped onion, ginger, garlic, green chili, coriander leaves, and mashed boiled potatoes and mix well. Q.
* Step 3
Make a dough by adding water slowly.
* Step 4
Now take a portion of dough and make small balls and roll them like rolls with your hands. Likewise, make all the rolls. I have prepared 6 rolls with this dough.
* Step 5
Heat oil in a wok. Deep fry rolls till golden brown colour from both sides.
* Step 6
Serve hot with Tomato ketchup.
