Mint Yogurt Dip

Mint Yogurt Dip

#QR Instead of the usual mint chutney, this dip made a refreshing change. Its to serve with any snacks, chips or meals as well. As I have used sour curd , I did not add any lemon juice.

Ingredient

Food ration :

2 servings

Cooking time :

10 minutes
1 bowl

mint leaves

1/2 bowl

curd

1 piece

ginger

1 pinch

black salt

1/4 tsp

chaat masala

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash and clean mint leaves. Wash, peel and chop ginger. Chop green chilli.

* Step 2

Transfer it in a mixer. Add both salts and chaat masala. Grind it to a smooth paste.

Now add yogurt and churn again for 30 seconds.

* Step 4

Transfer it in a serving bowl and serve with snacks, kebabs or tikki.
