It is a very delicious and healthy paratha prepared with left over chana dal.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take leftover chana dal in a pan.
* Step 2
Add wheat flour, chopped onions, green chilli and coriander leaves. Add salt, red chilli powder and garam masala and mix well. Now knead a dough by adding water slowly. Keep aside for 15 minutes.
* Step 3
Knead the dough again for 2 minutes. Take a small portion of dough and make a ball.
* Step 4
Dust the ball with wheat flour. Roll it out in round. Apply ghee on it and fold it. Again apply ghee on folded half side and fold again in a triangle.
* Step 5
Dust it and Roll it again.
* Step 6
Heat a griddle and place the rolled paratha over it and roast on medium flame. Flip and roast for 1 minute. Apply ghee on both sides. Flip the side and fry from other side also.
* Step 7
Serve hot with butter and mango pickle.
