Potato stuffed Paratha is a popular Indian whole wheat flatbread stuffed with spicy potato filling. Best enjoyed with yogurt and butter in breakfast in winter morning!

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Peel boiled potatoes. Wash, peel and chop onion, coriander leaves, green chilli and ginger. Add all dry masale and mix well while mashing potatoes.
* Step 2
Add wheat flour in a mixing bowl. Make a soft dough by adding water slowly and keep aside for 15 minutes. Then knead it again for 2 minutes.
* Step 3
Now take a portion of dough and make a ball. Roll it with the help of rolling pin.
* Step 4
Keep a portion of potato stuffing over it and cover the stuffing by bringing the edges to centre.
* Step 5
Make a ball. Roll it round again.
* Step 6
Heat a griddle. Place the paratha over it and roast on medium flame for 1 minute. Flip the side and roast from other side also. Now apply ghee on both sides and shallow fry till crispie golden colours.
* Step 7
Like wise make all the parathas.
* Step 8
Serve hot with ginger tea and butter. It is ideal winter breakfast in Punjabi families.
