Radish or Mooli ki bhurji

Radish or Mooli Ki Sabji is easy to make Indian curry made using fresh radish, tomato, and spices. It is a treat to eat with chapatti or rice. Here is how I make it.

Ingredient

15 minutes

garlic

2 tb

sp ghee

1/2 tsp

carrom seeds

1/4 tsp

garam masala

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Peel, Wash and chop radish, ginger and garlic. Grind tomato in a mixer.

* Step 2

Heat ghee in a wok. Add carrom seeds and when carrom seeds splutter add chopped ginger garlic and tomato puree and cook on low flame till ghee separates.

* Step 3

Add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and coriander seeds powder and mix. Add chopped vegetables and mix well.

* Step 4

Cover the lid and cook on low flame till done. It may take 10 minutes.

Check the softness and mix garam masala and mix.

Serve hot with chapatti or rice as side dish.
