Mango Ice-cream

#mania I have prepared it with just mixing mango pulp with thickened milk. Mango itself is favourite of kids. I prepare it for my 2 year old kid who likes it this way.

1/2 litre

full cream milk

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Boil milk in a pan. Lower the flame and let it simmer on low flame till it turns half in quantity. Let it cool at room temperature.

Wash peel and chop the mango. Transfer it to a mixer and grind to a smooth pulp.

Add sugar, green cardamoms, thickened milk, and churn again for 1 minute.

* Step 4

Transfer it to a tray. Tap the tray. Add chopped pistachio on top.

* Step 5

Keep the tray in a deep freezer for 2-3 hours or till it is set.

* Step 6

Remove from deep freezer and slice the pieces and serve immediately.
