#Meethi seviyan is made with thin whole wheat🌾 vermicelli, sugar, ghee and nuts. A very nutritious and healthy dessert 😋
Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat pure ghee in a wok. Add vermicelli semiya and roast.
* Step 2
Roast on low flame for 7-8 minutes or till golden brown.
* Step 3
Add melon seeds, chopped coconut pieces and pistachio and mix.
* Step 4
Add water and let it come to boil.
* Step 5
Slow the flame and cook rill all water is absorbed by semiya.
* Step 7
Cook till sugar is mixed with semiya and sugar water is absorbed.
* Step 8
Serve hot garnished with chopped almonds.
