#Rava Kesari also known as suji halwa is a traditional Indian pudding made with semolina, ghee, sugar, cashews, saffron and pistachio.
Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 2
Add semolina and rice flour in ghee and mix. Keep flame low. Roast it.
* Step 3
In a separate pan boil water. Add sugar, coarsely grinded Green cardamoms, chopped coconut and saffron strands. Boil till sugar dissolves completely. Switch off the flame. Keep aside.
* Step 4
Roast the semolina mixture till it turn aromatic. It may take 7-8 minutes.
* Step 5
Add sugar syrup in it and keep on stirring till it turn thick. Add cashew nuts and pistachio.
* Step 6
When the mixture turns thick switch off the flame.
