#Panipuri or fuchka or gupchup or golgappa is a type of snack that originated in India and is one of the most common street foods in India. I prepare it with readymade golgappa.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boil tamarind, cool it and sieve the pulp. Add sugar, salt, black salt and boil again till it gets thick. Keep stirring in between. Add roasted cumin seeds powder, black pepper and red chilli powder and cook for 2 minutes till all mix well. Keep aside.
* Step 2
Grind mint and coriander leaves, green chilli and all other ingredients to a smooth paste.
* Step 3
Mash soaked whole amchur pieces in water thoroughly. Sieve it and mix all masala ingredients and mix well. Add 3-4 tb spoon of mint chutney and boondi in it before serving.
* Step 4
Mashed potatoes and add boiled chana and 4 tsp of tamarind chutney and mix. Now fill panipuri with potato mixture. Add tamarind chutney and then fill with tangy water and serve immediately.
* Step 5
Enjoy yummilicious panipuri. It is a good appetizer also.
