Strawberry Cake

#GA4 #week15 #strawberry #post6 #This Homemade Strawberry Cake is full of sweet, fresh strawberry flavor! I have prepared it in a very simple way with jaggery.

Ingredient

Food ration :

4 servings

Cooking time :

45 minutes
1 bowl

wheat flour

1/4 bowl

cooking oil

2 tbsp

curd

1/2 bowl

jaggery

1/4 cup

milk

1/2 tsp.

baking soda

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Measure and gather all the ingredients for making cake batter.

Add cooking oil, jaggery and curd in a mixer.

Churn on pulse mode for 30 seconds for 3-4 times till the mixture turn fluffy.

Add wheat flour and half quantity of milk in this mixture and churn it. Churn again by adding remaining milk.

Transfer it in a bowl. Mix dry fruits. Mix baking powder and baking soda in one direction thoroughly.

In the meanwhile pre heat OTG at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.

Transfer the mixture in a baking dish. Slice strawberries and arrange on mixture as shown in pic below.

Bake it in OTG for 35 minutes.
