Beetroot and sesame seeds Kebab

#Beetroot Kebab is a very healthy, delicious pan fried patties that are prepared with potatoes, poha and spices. It can be served as a healthy snack.
Ingredient

2(5 Kebabs)
Cooking time :
20 minutes
Cooking instructions
* Step 2
Peel and mash boiled potatoes.
* Step 3
Wash, rinse and Soak poha for 5 minutes. Strain it.
* Step 4
Mix poha, mashed potatoes and beetroot in a mixing bowl. Add all dry masale and mix well. Mix half of sesame seeds in it.
* Step 6
Take a portion of dough and Make kebabs of equal size. Put some sesame seeds on it and gently press on it.
* Step 7
Heat a griddle and shallow fry kebabs till crispie.
* Step 8
Serve hot with sauce or chutney of your choice.
