Noodles Frankie

#Noodles An unique combination of indo chinese cuisine noodles recipe with indian street food kathi roll. It is my innovation and it is popular snack with my kids and is a perfect bite to relish during short breaks. It can also be made with left over noodles.

Ingredient

30 minutes
2 bowls

Salt

2 tbsp

vinegar

1 tbsp

soya sauce

2 tbsp

butter

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Boil water in a pan. Add salt and 1 tsp Cooking Oil in it. Then add noodles and boil till noodles are done.

Wash peel and chop vegetables.

Heat oil in a wok. Add mustard seeds and when mustard seeds splutter put finely chopped onions and saute till onion gets translucent. Add all other vegetables and saute for 1 minute.

Add boiled noodles and mix well add soya sauce and Maggi magic masala and mix well. Add chopped green chilli soaked in vinegar.

Transfer it in a plate.

Put 2 tb spoon of noodles in the centre of fulka. Add ketchup and fold it from both sides and press it with spetula.

Heat butter on griddle. Put folded Frankie on griddle and roast for 2 minutes or till crispie. Flip the side and fry from other side also.

Serve hot.
