An unique combination of indo chinese cuisine noodles recipe with indian street food kathi roll. It is my innovation and it is popular snack with my kids and is a perfect bite to relish during short breaks. It can also be made with left over noodles.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boil water in a pan. Add salt and 1 tsp Cooking Oil in it. Then add noodles and boil till noodles are done.
* Step 2
Wash peel and chop vegetables.
* Step 3
Heat oil in a wok. Add mustard seeds and when mustard seeds splutter put finely chopped onions and saute till onion gets translucent. Add all other vegetables and saute for 1 minute.
* Step 4
Add boiled noodles and mix well add soya sauce and Maggi magic masala and mix well. Add chopped green chilli soaked in vinegar.
* Step 6
Make fulkas. Recipe link is attached.
* Step 7
Put 2 tb spoon of noodles in the centre of fulka. Add ketchup and fold it from both sides and press it with spetula.
* Step 8
Heat butter on griddle. Put folded Frankie on griddle and roast for 2 minutes or till crispie. Flip the side and fry from other side also.
