Mooli Ka Paratha Radish
Mooli Paratha is easy to make and super delicious. To make Punjabi Style Mooli ka paratha white radish is used. The radish should be fresh and tender. It is a filling and nutritious breakfast of North India.
Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix wheat flour and salt in a mixing bowl. Make a soft dough by adding water slowly and as needed.
* Step 2
Peel and wash and Grate radish. Squeeze it's water by pressing them in your palms. Ensure that all water is squeezed completely. Add all other remaining ingredients for stuffing and mix well.
* Step 3
Take a portion of dough and make a ball and flatten it on your palm and make a chapatti. Place a portion of filling in it and then fold it in the centre making a ball. Press it and roll paratha.
* Step 4
Heat a griddle and place the rolled paratha over it. Roast for 2 minutes. Flip the side and roast from other side also for 1 minute.
* Step 5
Now apply ghee all over the paratha. Flip the side and apply ghee on other side also.
* Step 6
Shallow fry till crispie golden brown colour. Remove it in a plate. Likewise make all the parathas.
* Step 7
Serve hot with butter and ginger tea and enjoy healthy breakfast.
