A lot of mumbai marathi cooking flavors have influenced our daily cooking at home. One such is this poori dish, my kids and parents love this poori over our usual maida poori or luchi anytime.. Its actually a variation of Maharashtrian tikhat mithachi poori
Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix all the ingredients for making dough in a mixing bowl. Add oil for moyan and Mix thoroughly.
* Step 2
Knead a soft dough by adding water slowly. Rest for 10 minutes. Knead it again for 2 minutes.
* Step 3
Take a portion of dough and make a ball and flatten it with rolling pin. Likewise make all the poories.
* Step 4
Heat oil in a wok. Add poorie and deep fry till golden brown. Flip the side and fry from other side also. Likewise make all the poories.
* Step 5
Serve hot with sitaphal sabji and curd.
