#I Make this low carb, quick Paneer Tikka, an Indian cheese, with just a few spices, and pan-fry in ghee. It is crispie and delicious.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cut paneer in cubes. Wash, peel and grind ginger, green chilli and garlic. Make a paste.
* Step 2
Mix ginger garlic paste with paneer cubes. Add salt and food colour and mix thoroughly.
* Step 3
Add cornflour thoroughly coating each Paneer cube nicely.
* Step 4
Het oil in a wok. Add paneer cubes and deep fry till golden brown and crispie.
* Step 5
Serve hot with Tomato ketchup.
