* Step 1
Whisk curd thoroughly with the help of whisker.
* Step 2
Wash, peel and grate beetroot.
* Step 3
Mix grated beetroot in curd. Add salt, black pepper powder, coriander leaves and chaat masala.
* Step 4
Serve chilled garnished with chopped coriander leaves with meal.
