Punjabi Potato Paratha

#GA4 #week1 #Punjabi #Post_3 #potato #paratha This Recipe Aloo Ka Paratha or Potato Paratha is a stuffed Indian flatbread made using whole wheat flour and stuffed with a spicy potato filling. Just like Tawa Paratha, these potato stuffed paratha are also quite popular. It is a Punjabi favorite and makes for a great breakfast or brunch menu.

Ingredient

Food ration :

20 minutes
1 bowl

wheat flour

To taste

salt

1/4 tsp

garam masala

1/4 tsp

chaat masala

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Add wheat flour in a mixing bowl and add salt and knead a soft dough by adding water slowly. Rest for 10 minutes.

Peel, Wash and chop onions, green chilli, coriander leaves, ginger mash 2 Boiled potatoes.

Add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, coriander seeds powder, and chaat masala and mix well.

Take a portion of dough and make a ball. Roll it. Keep filling in the centre and seal it. Roll again with rolling pin.

Heat a griddle and place the paratha on it and roast on medium flame for 2 minutes. Flip the side and roast for 1 minute. Now apply ghee all over and flip.

* Step 6

Apply ghee on other side also and roast till golden brown. Like wise make all the parathas.

Serve hot with butter.
