This Recipe Aloo Ka Paratha or Potato Paratha is a stuffed Indian flatbread made using whole wheat flour and stuffed with a spicy potato filling. Just like Tawa Paratha, these potato stuffed paratha are also quite popular. It is a Punjabi favorite and makes for a great breakfast or brunch menu.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Add wheat flour in a mixing bowl and add salt and knead a soft dough by adding water slowly. Rest for 10 minutes.
* Step 2
Peel, Wash and chop onions, green chilli, coriander leaves, ginger mash 2 Boiled potatoes.
* Step 3
Add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, coriander seeds powder, and chaat masala and mix well.
* Step 4
Take a portion of dough and make a ball. Roll it. Keep filling in the centre and seal it. Roll again with rolling pin.
* Step 5
Heat a griddle and place the paratha on it and roast on medium flame for 2 minutes. Flip the side and roast for 1 minute. Now apply ghee all over and flip.
* Step 6
Apply ghee on other side also and roast till golden brown. Like wise make all the parathas.
