3/4 bowl

oats

To taste

salt

1/2 tsp

garam masala

1/4 tsp

chaat masala

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Grate boiled potatoes in a mixing bowl. Add salt, red chilli powder, garam masala and chaat masala,ginger chilli paste and mix well. Add oats and knead like a dough.

* Step 2

Take a portion of dough and roll with the help of your palms. Press it between your palms and make a cutlet

* Step 3

Heat a non-stick griddle. Heat cooking oil and shallow fry cutlets till crispie golden brown. Flip the side and fry from other side also. Transfer it in a plate.

* Step 4

Serve hot with Tomato ketchup.
