Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat oil in a pan.

* Step 2

Chop the jalapenos.Chop the asparagus. Slice the okra on a bias. Sauté them in the oil 3 minutes. Add tomatoes.

Stir well add fennel seeds, salt, Filé, basil, and oregano.

* Step 4

Simmer 15 minutes. Add the parmeaan cheese. Simmer 10 minutes stirring occasionally. Let sit 10 minutes. Serve hope you enjoy!
