Cooking instructions
* Step 1
With the help of bowl cut round from slice. Like wise cut all the slices. In this recipe we will use edges of bread.
* Step 2
Peel, Wash and Chop all the vegetables. Soak semolina in curd and keep aside for 15 minutes. Now Add all chopped vegetables, salt, red chilli powder, garam masala and chaat masala and mix well.
* Step 3
Adjust the consistency of batter by adding water step bt step.
* Step 4
Now bread edges are in square shape. Slice one corner of the bread edge and then fix the cut edge by applying water and then pressing it. In this way it will take the shape of triangle.
* Step 5
Now heat butter on a non stick griddle and put the triangles on griddle on low flame. Immediately fill the holes of triangle by pouring batter in the centre. Fill all the triangles. Cover it with lifld. After 5 minutes flip the side and roast from other side also.
