Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Add Gram Flour in a mixing bowl. Make a batter with the help of water. Beat well.
* Step 2
Chop coriander leaves, grate garlic and chop onion.
* Step 3
Mix all the ingredients in Gram flour batter. Add salt, red chilli powder, garam masala and coriander seeds powder and mix.
* Step 4
Heat oil in a karahi and put this mixture in the form of pakodi and fry.
* Step 5
Flip the side and fry from other side also.
* Step 6
Serve hot with Tomato ketchup.
