Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take boiled potatoes. Peel and chop. Grate ginger and tomato.
* Step 2
Heat oil in a karahi and put cumin seeds.
* Step 3
When cumin seeds splutter put ginger and tomato paste. Sauté for 3 minutes on low flame till oil leaves the karahi.
* Step 4
Add sale, red chilli powder and turmeric powder and again saute for 2 minutes.
* Step 5
Add chopped potato pieces and green chilli. Cover the lid and cook till oil leaves the karahi.
* Step 6
Serve hot with chapatti or parantha garnished with chopped coriander leaves.
