Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash and Soak moong Daal overnight and then grind it coarsely.
* Step 2
Transfer it in a mixing bowl and add salt, chilli flakes, red chilli powder, coriander seeds, coarsely ground black pepper, kasoori methi and cumin seeds. Mix it well with a whisker.
* Step 3
Heat oil in a karahi and put mixture with a spoon like a small ball. Likewise, 7-8 balls can be fried at a time. Fry till golden brown.
* Step 4
Flip the side and fry from other side also.
* Step 5
Like wise make all the Fritters.
* Step 6
Put 6-7 balls in a serving plate. Sprinkle chaat masala and mint chutney and tamarind sounth and serve.
