Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash and Chop all vegetables.
* Step 2
Chop onion and grate tomatoes and ginger.
* Step 3
Heat oil in a karahi and put cumin seeds and when cumin seeds splutter put grated ginger and sauté for 30 seconds. Add finely chopped onions and fry for 1 minute.
* Step 4
Put all dry masala and sauté for 1 minute. Now add chopped vegetables and stir well. Cover the lid and cook for 7 minutes or till vegetables are soft.
* Step 5
Serve hot garnished with chopped coriander leaves and chapatti.
