Hari mirch ke Tipore(lnstant Green chilli pickle)

Green chilli is good for the skin. Rich source of vitamins E and C. Good for weight loss and rich in dietary fiber and speed up metabolism.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash and wipe dry green chilli and cut in small pieces.
* Step 2
Heat mustard oil in a karahi and put cumin seeds and when cumin seeds splutter put mustard seeds and fennel seeds. Sauté for 30 seconds. Add asafoetida and stir well. Now add green chilli pieces and cook for 2 minutes.
* Step 3
Now add, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, coriander seeds powder and mango powder and stir well so that all chillis get coated with dry masale. Cook for another 2 minutes and it's crunchiness remain. Switch off the flame.
* Step 4
This Tipore can be stored for 1 week in the refrigerator.
* Step 5
Serve it with chapatti or rice or puri.
