Made in very less cooking Oil. Peas contain heart friendly minerals such as magnesium, calcium. Lower bad cholesterol, regulate blood sugar and high in protein.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Grind peas, ginger and green chilli coarsely in a mixer.
* Step 2
Transfer it in a mixing bowl.
* Step 3
Add semolina, curd, black pepper, chaat masala and salt and mix well.
* Step 4
Set its consistency by adding water. Add chopped coriander leaves. Now add soda bicarb and mix gently in one direction only.
* Step 5
Heat non stick griddle and put few drops of cooking oil and add cumin seeds and when cumin seeds splutter put finely chopped 5-6 pieces of tomatoes and immediately add a ladle full of mixture and spread with the help of spatula. Cook for 2 minutes. Sprinkle few drops of cooking Oil around uttapam.
* Step 6
Flip the side and cook from the other side also for 2 minutes.
* Step 7
Flip the side again and cook for 2 minutes.
* Step 8
Like wise make all the uttapam. Serve hot with sauce or chutney.
