Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boil potatoes in a pressure cooker up to 5 whistles. Let pressure releases automatically.
* Step 2
Remove the skin of potatoes and mash it. Keep aside.
* Step 3
Heat mustard oil in a karahi. Add coriander seeds and when coriander seeds splutter add chopped onion and green chilli. Cool till onion turn translucent.
* Step 4
Now add mashed potatoes, salt, red chilli powder and cook for 2-3 minutes.
* Step 5
Serve hot garnished with chopped coriander leaves.
