Ingredient

4 slice

bread

1/2 bowl

semolina

1/2 bowl

curd

To taste

salt

1/4 tsp

soda bicarb

To taste / 1 tsp

red chilli powder

To taste /1 tsp

chaat masala

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Grind bread slices and par boiled peas in a grinder. Transfer in a mixing bowl.

Add semolina, curd, salt, red chilli powder and chaat masala in this mixture. Mix well.

* Step 3

Add a little water to get the required consistency. Add chopped onion, ginger paste and coriander leaves. Mix 1/4 teaspoon soda bi carb and stir well.

Now grease a non stick griddle and put a tb spoon of this mixture. You can put 3 pancakes at a time. Spread with the help of spatula. Put little cooking Oil in sides. Cook till it turns golden brown.

Flip the side and fry from other side also.

Like wise make all the pancakes.

* Step 7

Serve matar crispies hot with sauce or chutney.
