Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix all the ingredients for making idli batter. Beat well. Rest for 5 minutes.
* Step 2
Grease the idli mould and put one tb spoon mixture in each mould.
* Step 3
Now Boil one glass of water in a big pressure cooker. Place idli mould in it and cover the lid. Steam for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes switch off the flame. Rest it for 20 minutes.
* Step 4
After 20 minutes take out mould and with the help of knife remove idli in a serving bowl.
* Step 5
For making chutney : Heat 1 tb spoon oil in a karahi and put mustard seeds and rai and when they splutter add urad Daal and whole dried red chilli add onions and sauté for 2 minutes and add tomato and again sauté for 2 minutes. Switch off the flame. Let it cool.
* Step 6
Now grind this chutney mixture and put tadka of mustard seed on it and Serve with idli.
