wheat flour

1/2 tsp

carrom seeds

as needed

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a mixing bowl add wheat flour, salt and water and knead a dough. Rest for 15 minutes.

Take a bowl of left over Aloo methi sabji and mash it with hands.

* Step 3

Take a ball of dough and roll with the help of rolling pin. Place sabji mixture over it. Flap it. Roll again.

* Step 4

Heat a griddle. Grease it with butter and put rolled paratha on it and roast on medium flame. Flip the side and roast fry from other side also.

Serve hot with butter.
