Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a mixing bowl add Gram flour, carom seeds, salt, red chilli powder, garam masala, chaat masala and beat the mixture thoroughly by adding water.
* Step 2
Add chopped fenugreek leaves and onion and mix well.
* Step 3
Heat oil in a karahi and put this mixture in the form of vad and deep fry till golden brown colour.
* Step 4
Flip the side and fry from other side also till golden brown.
