Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix wheat flour, salt and 1 teaspoon cooking oil in a mixing bowl thoroughly. Make a soft dough with water and keep aside for half an hour.
* Step 2
Peel and wash radish. Grate and finely chop radish leaves and mix with grated radish. Squeeze excess water of radish with the help of your palms.
* Step 3
Add chopped coriander leaves and 1 green chilli. Add salt, red chilli powder, garam masala, mango powder and carrom seeds. Mix well.
* Step 4
Now make a ball of dough. Roll with the help of rolling pin and put radish mixture on it. Fold from all sides and roll paratha.
* Step 5
Heat a griddle and brush with a little cooking Oil and place rolled paratha and roast on medium flame for 3 minutes. Apply cooking oil.
* Step 6
Flip the side and fry from other side also till golden brown colour.
