Multigrain dosa
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash and Soak all the grains except oats in water for 6 hours.
* Step 2
Drain excess water and Grind soaked grains with oats.
* Step 3
If batter consistency is thick, add some water and make it thin. Add salt and fenugreek leaves paste and keep aside for half an hour.
* Step 4
Now heat a non stick griddle and pour dosa batter and spread it with the help of spoon. Cook on medium flame for 2-3 minutes.
* Step 5
Flip the side. Cook for 2 minutes. Nutritious dosa is ready.
* Step 6
Serve hot with sambhar and chutney.
