Ingredient

Food ration :

2 servings
1/2 bowl

Gram flour

To taste

salt

To taste

chaat masala

To taste

garam masala

1/2 tsp

carrom seeds

1 bowl

boiled rice

as required

Water

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Make a batter of gram flour and water. Beat well.

* Step 2

Add all dry masala, carrom seeds etc and mix thoroughly.

* Step 3

Add boiled rice, chopped onion, coriander leaves and green chilli. Mix well.

* Step 4

Heat oil in a karahi and put this mixture in oil with the help of spoon and deep fry till golden brown colour. Remove in a plate.

Serve hot with sauce or chutney.
