Rice Rolls made with left over rice

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Grind left over rice in a grinder with the help of 2 tb spoon water. Transfer it to the mixing bowl.

* Step 2

Grate boiled potatoes and mix with grinded rice. Mash the mixture well.

* Step 3

Now make a dough of this mixture by adding bread crumbs. Knead it thoroughly. Add salt, red chilli powder, garam masala and chaat masala. Mix well.

* Step 4

Make medium sized balls of dough and roll with the help of your palms in the shape of rolls.

* Step 5

Heat oil in a karahi and put rolls in it and deep fry till golden brown colour.

* Step 6

Serve hot with sauce and green chutney.
