Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cut bitter gourd in round pieces. Salt it thoroughly and keep aside for 4 hours and rinse in running water to remove it's bitterness and excess salt.

In a karahi heat oil and put bitter gourd pieces and fry for 10 minutes on low flame.

Meanwhile chop onions and put in karahi. Add all dry masala and stir well.

* Step 4

Grate tomatoes and make a puree. Stir occasionally. When onion is done add tomato puree paste in it and stir well. Cook for another 5 minutes.

Karela kachri is ready to serve.
