Prawn and Gnocchi with dairy free Creamy Garlic Cheese Sauce
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cook Gnocchi in a large saucepan of salted water. Drain well and set aside.
* Step 2
Melt Butter in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add Prawn meat, Salt and Pepper. Cook for 2 minutes per side, remove from skillet and set Prawns aside.
* Step 3
Preheat airfrier to 200°C.
Add Gnocchi in batches and fry till golden. Set aside.
* Step 4
Use the same skillet to make the sauce.
Melt the butter in the skillet and add the Garlic. Cook for 2 minutes then whisk the Flour into the melted Butter.
* Step 5
Gradually whisk in the Stock, the sauce should not stop bubbling. Add the Thyme and Basil and cook while still whisking till well incorporated.
* Step 6
Whisk in the Orley Whip and Milk. Once incorporated, whisk in the grated Cheese and add Salt and Pepper.
* Step 7
Stir in the Prawn and Gnocchi and gently combine. Serve with chopped Parsley.
