Bloody Mary Seafood Pasta
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Sauté the Red Onion in Olive Oil, add in the Garlic once the Onions start to soften.
* Step 2
Add in the Sugar, Celery, Salt, freshly grounded Black Pepper, Tabasco and Worcestershire Sauce. Stir to combine.
* Step 3
Add in the Vodka and stir to combine. Add canned Tomatoes. Bring to a boil before reducing the heat. Simmer for 10 minutes with lid on.
* Step 4
Add the Seafood mix and stir through, return the lid and allow the Seafood to cook for a few minutes.
* Step 5
Add the cooked Spaghetti into the sauce and gently twist it round so it is covered in sauce.
