Garlic Rice with blood orange Olive Oil
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cook Rice in Water till almost done. Drain Rice and retain the starchy water.
* Step 2
Heat Oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add Garlic and Chillies and sauté for a few minutes till Garlic starts to brown.
* Step 3
Add Rice to the skillet and 125 ml of the retained starchy water.
Mix though and add little more Water if needed to fully coat the Rice. Grate Lime rind over and add Olives.
