Easy Prawn and Rice Skillet
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cook Rice in Water with Cardamon, Star Anise and Cinnamon till almost cooked but still firm.
* Step 2
Heat skillet over medium high heat, add Oil and wait till Oil shimmers. Add Onions and fry till Onions start to go soft. Add Garlic and Chilli and fry till fragrant.
* Step 3
Add Bell Pepper and Tomato and stir till bubbling. Add Prawns, Salt, Paprika, Wine and Peas. Cook till Praws turn pink and the sauce is bubbling.
* Step 4
Stir in Rice and garnish with fresh Parsley.
