Garlic-Tomato Seafood Pasta

Garlic-Tomato Seafood Pasta

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cook the pasta in boiling water according to package instructions; add a dash of Salt and a drizzle of Olive Oil to the cooking water. When the pasta is al Dante, drain and rinse. Season with Kosher Salt and ground Black Pepper, drizzle with Olive Oil and toss before setting aside.

* Step 2

Heat the Plant Butter and 30 ml Olive Oil in a skillet. Sauté the Onion on medium-high heat for 3 minutes. Add the garlic and toss together briefly then add the Wine and cook for another minute.

Add the Lemon juice, 125 ml Water and diced Tomatoes. Bring to a boil then reduce the heat. Simmer 15 more minutes on medium-low heat, stirring occasionally

* Step 4

Stir in dried Thyme, a pinch of Salt and Cayenne Pepper. Add the Seafood Mix and cook till the Prawns turn pink. Add the Spinach, place the lid on the skillet and remove from heat.

* Step 5

Allow the Spinach to steam for 10 to 15 minutes till Spinach is wilted. Add the Pasta then fold the Spinach and Pasta into the Seafood. Serve and a Lemon Slice.
