Garlic, dill and butter sautéed potatoes

Great side dish to any meal. These are really bursting with flavour. #potatoes #sidedish #vegetarian

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Parboil your potatoes until just tender, about 6-7 minutes. Leave to cool completely

Heat oil and butter in a pan.

Add potatoes and sauté on medium to high heat for about 8-10 minutes until golden and crisp. Avoid using a wooden spoon as it breaks down the potatoes, toss the pan instead. Add fresh dill, garlic and season with salt
