These delicious meat rolls are a great alternative to Sunday lunch. I used thinly sliced veal but pork is ok, speck, but you can use prosciutto and cubed cheese. #italian #meat #sundaylunch #cheese

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Lay out each piece of meat and add the speck and cheese on top. Roll up into a ball. Roll each one in grated pecorino cheese. Make your kebab sticks by adding a sliced mushroom and onion cup between each ball.
* Step 2
Place in a oven tray lined with parchment paper and cook for about 30 mins
