Spaghetti al Ragù di Spada

Another summery dish. Swordfish can be quite expensive but if you manage to pick up a small fillet, it can go a long way. I used a small glass of red wine as it's quite a 'meaty' fish, it can take it. Made a lovely sauce #lovepasta #pasta #spaghetti #fish #lunch #dinner

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Bring a pot of salted water to the boil. Cook garlic in olive oil for about 1-2 mins until brown. Meanwhile, wash and dice the fish. Add chopped chilli to the pan and then the fish. Cook for another 2 mins

* Step 2

Now add the wine and let it evaporate. Add the passata sauce and then simmer gently while you cook the pasta. When pasta nearly ready, add some chopped parsley

* Step 3

Drain pasta al dente, add to the sauce. Mix well and serve immediately
