Spinach and scallop salad with apple and pine nuts

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash and dry the spinach. Put in a bowl. Core and thinly slice the apple
* Step 2
Heat some oil in a pan and pan fry the scallops for about 5 mins, turn once or twice until cooked. Add apple and nuts to the spinach. Mix well
* Step 3
Make the dressing by mixing the ingredients together with a fork. Add scallops to salad, pour over the dressing and serve immediately
