* Step 1
Devein the prawns by cutting down the spine and removing the black vein. Grease a griddle pan with olive oil. Heat up on medium. Add the prawns
* Step 2
Using a flat lid, push down on the prawns to help with the cooking. Turn once or twice. After about 8 mins and when they look slightly charred, serve and enjoy
